Sinosauropteryx were first found in 1912 in Western Egypt by Richard Markgraf, in spite of the fact that this unique example was devastated during the besieging of Munich, Germany during World War II. It was a three feet long winged animal like dinosaur which had a body secured with thick plumes. This Dinosaur is critical in light of the fact that it seems to have had quills, but then was not in all respects firmly identified with winged creatures.
